Are you looking to join a growing local restaurant group with a reputation for great quality and success? We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join one of our upscale casual concepts and our growing team.


Assistant Manager Requirements:

  • Day-to-day operations for the front of the house with a focus on quality, consistency
  • Places guest satisfaction as THE priority
  • Strong Leader – Needs to uphold standards with the team and implement systems
  • Ability to train, develop, and communicate effectively
  • Problem Solver - can effectively lead the team, thinking positively and proactively to handle any obstacles and solve potential issues that may arise

Assistant Manager Qualifications:

  • Experience - 3 or more years of relevant experience
  • Passionate About the Industry - You must have an ownership mentality and manage employees while ensuring guests are always number one!
  • Experience with Volume - Full-service experience managing at least $2.5 million in annual sales
  • Must bring positive, high energy to the team and bring great ideas
