As a Manufacturing Technician, you will be responsible for reading mechanical drawings and electrical schematics to ensure product specifications and tolerances are met. You will troubleshoot equipment, manage calibration, and perform preventive maintenance processes, including documentation and production records. You will also program, set up, and operate equipment for manufacturing, perform electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical assembly and fabrication, and assist in the design of tooling and fixtures by collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Additionally, you will create, modify, and revise manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation, observe safety and security procedures, report potentially unsafe conditions, and practice TOC and Lean initiatives in daily work.

- Troubleshoot equipment, manage calibration, and perform preventive maintenance processes including documentation and production records.
- Program, set up, and operate equipment for manufacturing to ensure product specifications are met.
- Perform electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical assembly and fabrication.
- Assist in the design of tooling and fixtures for manufacturing by collaborating with mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
- Create, modify, and revise manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation.
- Observe safety and security procedures and report potentially unsafe conditions.
- Understand and practice TOC and Lean initiatives in daily work.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years of experience providing technical support in a manufacturing environment.
- General fabrication and assembly experience.
- Wiring and programming fundamentals associated with programmable logic controllers.
- Set-up, configuration, programming, and troubleshooting industrial robots to meet industry standards.
- Program and operate non-CNC and CNC machine tools used in manufacturing.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Strong multi-tasking skills. Can complete several concurrent tasks in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Open-minded thinker with strong creative tendencies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with limited supervision; self-starter.
- Ability to be part of a team and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- High voltage and low voltage troubleshooting.
- Experience with electronics, schematic reading, panel wiring, capital equipment.
- Experience in pneumatic and hydraulic assembly.
- Strong maintenance technician skills.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Chaska, Minnesota.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $62400.00
