Expert Staffing West is seeking an experienced Custodian for a leading manufacturer in the city of Chino, Ca.

Monday - Friday

1st shift

Pay DOE: $23/hr. - $26/hr.

Responsibilities

· Cleaning wood, linoleum, tile, and other flooring types

· Cleaning lunchroom/Breakroom and restocking supplies

· Cleaning refrigerators and microwaves

· Wiping down kitchen equipment and countertops

· Shampooing rugs and carpets

· Emptying warehouse trash cans

· Dusting/ cleaning vents

· Dusting all surfaces High and Low

· Waxing and/or Buffing floors

· Accurate Ordering of cleaning supplies as needed

· Washing inside windows

· Sweeping warehouse floor with dust compound

· Breaking down cardboard boxes to be baled

· Using equipment, commercial vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners

· Collecting and taking out Office trash and recycling

· Report hazards to appropriate parties

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience within the role

· Ability to lead team and delegate tasks accordingly

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods

· Ability to lift and move 25+ pounds

· Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools

· Experience running different machinery for that related field like floor sweepers, scrubbers, carpet extractors, upholstery extractors, and vacuums.

· Experience cleaning or treating different tabletops/counter materials.

· Time management and multitasking abilities

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Ability to operate a pallet jack/ pallet moving equipment

· Extensive floor care experience with knowledge of how to clean or treat different types of flooring materials.

· Proficient at stripping and waxing floors.

· The ability to track product usage and maintain an extensive inventory to prevent shortages.
