Job Title: 3rd Shift Machine Operator
Hours: Mon-Fri 11:30pm-8am (train on 1st for 2 weeks: 7:30am-4pm)
Pay: $17.40/hr
Location: Hildebran, NC 28637
ProStaffing is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company specializing in induction heat treating and process development for aerospace and automotive industries. In this role, you’ll operate advanced equipment for high-volume metal heat treating, ensuring top-quality results. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled machine operator to aid in the process!
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor heat-treating equipment, ensuring processes meet specifications.
- Set up machinery and perform quality checks on treated materials.
- Maintain equipment through routine upkeep and troubleshooting.
- Accurately record production data and uphold safety standards.
- Work collaboratively to meet deadlines and maintain a clean workspace.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing or operating industrial machinery is a plus, particularly in heat treating or metal processing.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and an understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25lbs.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and precision.
- Ability to interpret technical documents and follow instructions accurately
