Job Description Office Manager Location: Cincinnati, Ohio Salary: $22 to $28 per hour Shift: 1st Shift, Monday through Friday LHH Recruitment Solutions is thrilled to partner with our client to help find an Office Manager to join their vibrant team! Key Responsibilities: Lead with energy: Oversee daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Inspire your team: Manage administrative staff and coordinate office activities with a positive and proactive approach. Keep things running: Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is in top shape. Handle the numbers: Take charge of payroll and other financial tasks with precision. Stay compliant: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Support your colleagues: Assist with HR functions and foster a positive work environment. Qualifications: 4 to 5 years of experience in office management. Preferred experience in office management for a manufacturing company. Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills.
