Job Summary The Senior Property Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of all aspects of operation for the assigned portfolio and supervision of portfolio staff. Essential Functions Supervision: Manage and lead a team which may include Property Manager(s), Administrative Assistant(s), and others. Provide mentoring and coaching to employees. Promote and maintain a positive working environment. Property Operations: Respond to and resolve tenant concerns. Ensure monthly physical property inspections are completed. Interface with property vendors and contractors. Financial and Reporting: Partner with Property Accountant(s) to ensure accurate accounting deliverables. Review and approve vendor and contractor invoices. Generate and review monthly operational narrative reports. Leasing: Meet with tenants and negotiate lease renewals. Prepare financial analysis for new leases. Tenant and Owner Relations: Maintain courteous, professional rapport with tenants and owners. Supervise tenant move in and move out process. Tenant Improvement Construction: Attend construction meetings. Partner with Construction Manager to ensure schedules are met. Corporate: Promote collaborative relationships with co-workers. Prepare annual corporate operating budget. Other Functions: Perform other duties or projects as requested. Essential Qualifications Skills and Ability: Ability to work with minimal supervision. Strong computer skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Education: Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of education and experience. Real Estate License required. Experience Required: 7+ years Commercial Property Management experience. 2+ years supervisory experience. Work Environment: This is a standard office environment with occasional visits to tenant sites. Physical Demands: Regularly required to talk and hear; may involve standing, walking, and using a computer for long periods.
