This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic practice group working on a wide range of matters, including renewable energy, transit and transportation, regulated utilities, housing and commercial developments, and public infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Conducting land use and environmental due diligence. Managing land use entitlements and environmental/resource permitting. Advising on CEQA and NEPA counseling and compliance. Defending zoning and environmental approvals in state and federal court. Qualifications: JD from an ABA-accredited law school. Admitted to the State Bar of California. 2-5 years of experience in environmental and land use law. Strong writing and analytical skills, with a deep interest in environmental law.
