Duties
Serve as a senior expert and recognized technical authority to eDiscovery management on eDiscovery applications and services. Provide technical and cloud engineering support for eDiscovery cloud solutions, both applications (SaaS) and IaaS projects. Provide overall integration and deployment services in support of the eDiscovery Office that follow proposed methodology as specified in EPLC with an understanding that processes will be continuously improved in collaboration with other teams. Responsible for creating and maintaining diagrams and documentation in support of operations and obtaining and maintaining authorization to operate (ATO) for eDiscovery projects and technologies as needed. Develop and implement strategies and management guidelines for complex and changing litigation technology needs. Provide leadership to the functional area of a project. Meet with vendor technical representatives to resolve technical issues, and to implement and coordinate new releases. Provide guidance to eDiscovery management on all processes related to cloud server provisioning, resource access, single sign on and firewalls.

The specialized experience must demonstrate one year of full-time work experience , or the equivalent if part-time (for example, an employee working 20 hours per week for a 12-month period should be credited with 6 months of experience.) GS-13: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12, in the Federal service, which includes analyzing the efficiency of Information Technology (IT) architecture in meeting organization goals; maintaining computer application system design and software; and conducting projects to develop solutions to problems and issues.
