What You Can Expect to do Day to Day
Responsibility for ongoing production, validations, and continuous improvement of new and existing manufacturing processes to achieve the company’s goals of producing market-leading products through positive patient outcomes.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial, or related field) required or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with manufacturing process knowledge, ideally with LEAN methodologies and/or Lean Six Sigma certification, 5S, Value Stream Mapping and using SPC in resolving/improving productivity and efficiencies.
Solid understanding of design and quality controls.
Ability to accurately document all work in compliance with AtriCure Quality Systems requirements.
Understanding of Test Method Validation, IQ, OQ, PQ approach.
Demonstrated ability with data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
A preference for a solid understanding of industry regulations as it pertains to medical devices.
