Summary:
Exciting opportunity for those looking to be part of a growing product team that is driving the growth of HL7 FHIR and Electronic Health Record (EHR) integrations at HCSC. This position is responsible for designing enhancements, optimizing the operations and performance of, and maintaining applications/information systems solutions within the Health Data Exchange space. The day-to-day accountabilities will include taking the business requirements and architectural definitions and building out technical solutions for our developers to implement. This role will also take the lead on Product Operations and “keeping the lights on” through proactive monitoring and coordinating multiple individuals in the resolution of any issues should they arise. This role is specifically for a Senior Systems Analyst, but the team is undergoing rapid growth, and everyone wears multiple or different hats every day. The ideal candidate is motivated by working in a fast-paced environment, implementing cutting-edge technology solutions, learning on the job, and resolving and/or preventing issues. NOTE:
This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL or RICHARDSON TX ~ relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available. Required Job Qualifications
Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 years Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience. Knowledge of application configuration Rapid prototyping Requirements definition & management SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development System Performance management Conceptual thinking Creative thinking Problem solving and analytical thinking Strong oral/written communication skills Knowledge of Big Data Analytics – SQL Knowledge of Cloud computing / SaaS / IaaS / PaaS technologies Knowledge of Integration Technologies – MuleSoft/Tibco/Informatica/CAS Knowledge of Scripting Languages – JAVA/ PERL / PYTHON / RUBY Service Oriented Architecture - SOAP / REST Preferred Job Qualifications:
