We are seeking a Senior Director of Software Engineering with a strong engineering background to lead new technology integration and scalability efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in AdTech, emerging technologies, and be skilled in influencing and collaborating effectively across teams.
Our business focuses on advancing technology solutions within the advertising and media context. The Senior Director, Software Engineering, will be a key player in our business planning and integration organization, working closely with cross-functional teams including product management, AdTech, and emerging technology groups. Their primary role will be to understand different technologies and how to integrate and scale them, impacting the overall efficiency and innovation within our tech environment.
What you'll do:
Lead the integration and scalability of technology products. Understand the current technology environment and propose enhancements. Quickly familiarize on new technologies and identify gaps and areas of improvement. Collaborate with multiple teams to form joint solutions. Hold team members accountable and ensure project milestones are met. Identify and bridge technology gaps to drive innovation and efficiency. What you'll bring:
Experience as an engineering leader with a background in AdTech and emerging technologies. Experience as a technical leader who excels at communicating and influencing stakeholders, ensuring seamless integration and scalability of products. Strong engineering background. Excellent communication and influence skills. Ability to lead and hold teams accountable. Preferred Experience: Experience with Vizio SmartcastOS.
