Overview To research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain CI/CD tooling and pipelines, and deliver Azure infrastructure for development teams. To provide technical direction and DevOps engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Automate and improve development and release processes and secure the deployment process by integrating and managing scan tools with the pipelines. Demonstrate effective usage of Design Patterns, build and maintain software in an Agile, fast paced DevOps environment. Collaborate with technology and business partners. Develop and maintain expert functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends. Responsibilities Responsible for Designing and Implementing Identity and Access Management for Azure DevOps Responsible for managing and supporting applications hosted on Kubernetes and support Helm Charts/Docker files for deployment Responsible for the execution of DevSecOps functions in the areas of user support, application installations and upgrades, system vulnerability scanning, certificate management, analysis of security monitoring outputs, coordination of remediation patching, and other strategic DevSecOps initiatives Provide hands on customization, integrations, and custom script development for various tools Support, administer and optimize various CI/CD tools and processes Provide setup, configuration, support, troubleshooting, usage guidance, and training to our users for supported tools Enhance existing and implement new tools to integrate with continuous delivery systems Provide effective solutions to complex engineering problems and evaluate various tools, applications, and plug-ins Provide documentation for user training and support Embrace Agile development methodology Support tools such as Backduck, checkmarx, SonarQube, Threadfix, Artifactory etc Provide technical support and leadership on a wide variety of industry-leading tools Develop deployment automation and Azure pipelines for workload in Azure including (AKS, Azure Data Factory, Azure KeyVaults, etc.) using Azure DevOps Write, test and examine code, work with software developers and software engineers to ensure development follows established processes and patterns Occasional support after regular hours during production release and Tool's upgrade/Migration process Ensure the security and integrity of system and product solutions including compliance with Navy Federal, industry engineering and Information Security principles and practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar Experience administering and managing access management with Azure DevOps, GitHub 2+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer and 1+ years of experience designing and supporting Azure environments, Azure DevOps, including IaaS and PaaS Extensive experience in Azure SQL and Azure NoSQL, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure APIs and Event Hub, Azure Storage Solutions, Azure Log Analytics Develop deployment automation and Azure pipelines for workload in Azure including (AKS, Azure Data Factory, Azure KeyVaults, etc.) using Azure DevOps Experience working with ARM Templates and Experience with administering Identity and Access Management for Azure DevOps, GitHub Experience in shell scripting, Python scripting and CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, design and implement continuous delivery pipelines that serve the purpose of provisioning non-prod and production environments Hands on experience administering Linux OS and Windows OS Experience administering and managing access management with Azure DevOps 3-5 years of experience designing, implementing, and administering enterprise tools and services such as SonarQube, Jfrog Artifactory, Checkmarx, Blackduck Experience with deploying COTS platforms to Kubernetes using Helm charts and Docker images Experience using Unix/Linux as a DevOps environment (e.g. install, configure, and integrate DevOps tools with Active Directory and Databases) Ability to train IT product delivery teams on accurate use of CICD tools and capabilities. Strong consulting and mentoring skills Hands-on experience coordinating and performing vulnerability assessments and remediation Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a desire to share knowledge through creation and refinement of written content Desired Qualification Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar Hours:
