USD150,000 - USD200,000 per year + Bonus + Commission A firm with several billion in assets under management across multiple strategies including private equity, public equity, and infrastructure is looking to add a Vice President, Business Development to their team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic business development plans to attract and retain institutional clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional market. Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, including pension funds, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Present the firm's investment strategies and performance to prospective clients. Collaborate with the investment team to develop tailored solutions for clients. Lead the capital-raising efforts for new and existing investment products. Represent the firm at industry conferences, events, and meetings. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional sales and business development within the investment management industry. Proven track record of raising capital from institutional investors.
