Job Title : Instructional Designer & Accessibility Specialist Company : EnDyna, Inc. About EnDyna EnDyna, Inc. is a trusted provider of training and development solutions for federal government agencies. We hold contracts with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) to design impactful and engaging instructional materials across various platforms, including online and hybrid training, synchronous and asynchronous webinars, job aids, micro-learning tools, and videos. Our training topics focus on critical areas such as environmental justice, climate adaptation, community change, and more. Position Overview As the accessibility specialist, you will design, test, and maintain accessible digital content across the various instructional media EnDyna produces. Extensive experience developing and testing accessible PDFs, eLearning, and websites is required. You will be responsible for developing the testing process and standards for the ID team. You will develop and deliver training on digital accessibility practices and tools, utilizing assistive technologies such as JAWS or NVDA, and applying basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and ARIA to enhance content accessibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design or educational technology and be familiar with accessibility standards Section 508 and WCAG and testing software such as NVDA or JAWS. Responsibilities : Accessibility Assurance : Create and execute the testing processes and standards to ensure accessible instructional materials. Instructional Design : Develop and design effective, engaging instructional materials for a variety of platforms, focusing on online and hybrid formats, with some in-person content. Collaboration : Work closely with other EnDyna team members, client representatives, and subject matter experts to produce high-quality learning experiences. Client Engagement : Engage with federal government customers, including USEPA, to understand training needs and translate them into instructional design projects. Quality Assurance : Ensure all training materials align with adult learning principles and best practices in instructional design. Qualifications : Education :

Bachelor’s degree in education, HR, or related field.

Experience :

Minimum of 3 years of experience creating accessible instructional content. Experience with adult learning methodologies and the course development lifecycle. Experience working for federal government clientele is preferred. Experience working on an IV&V team is preferred.

Skills :

Strong attention to detail Strong written communication and editing skills Accessibility testing software expertise Spanish literacy is strongly preferred Spanish translation experience is a plus

The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 annually and will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and geography.
