Position Summary Innovation on the Snacking Platform is a significant driver of Kraft Heinz’s future growth. Brand Managers are leaders in our business, defining and executing the long-term innovation agenda for our iconic brands. As a Brand Manager, your responsibilities will span from consumer insight generation and concept ideation to product development and business case development. An Owner : Thrive in a “hands-on” environment. Strategic : Collaborate strategically with business partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Build and maintain effective partnerships across various functions. Adaptability : Thrive in ambiguity and demonstrate strong project leadership skills. Influential : Influence at all levels of the organization. Impactful : Make concrete recommendations based on a deep understanding of marketing and consumer behavior. Self-starter : Demonstrate a high degree of independence and leadership. Key Components of the Role Manage the creation and validation of a multi-year innovation strategy. Execute the innovation strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Manage agency relationships for design of new products. Own innovation through the stage gate process. Leverage syndicated data sources to understand innovation performance. Bring forth a consumer-first mindset to day-to-day decisions. Champion innovation culture across the Snacking team. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred. 5+ years experience in a marketing-related role. Innovative mindset and collaborative approach. Strong storytelling and collaboration skills. Marketing passion and demonstrated leadership skills. Strong communication and simplification skills. Excellent execution and time management skills. Experience in design thinking and agile innovation methodologies a plus. New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00 Bonus:
This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus. Benefits:
