Onboarding Coordinator
will focus on creating a positive and memorable experience to concierge new hires from initial engagement through their first year with Hackensack Meridian Health. This includes the importance of streamlining and expediting the pre-employment, onboarding and/or transferring of new and/or existing team members creating a seamless process that enhances the new hire's experience. The Onboarding Coordinator will ensure data integrity, compliance and accuracy in the utilization of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) as well as various other HR systems in the collection and processing of any required federal, local, and corporate forms and documents. The role also includes the scheduling and coordination of all required pre-employment and orientation program(s) appointments aligned to the full life cycle for onboarding. Overall, the role is an integral and forward-facing position to represent Hackensack Meridian Health's brand.
