Responsibilities:
Routing and Switching, Load Balancing, Firewall, VPN, Cisco Wireless, SD WAN, Aviatrix
Firewall Policy Management and Maintenance
Better understanding of Load Balancing
Operational exposure on VPN Troubleshooting
Troubleshooting of incidents related to Routing and Switching, Firewall, Load Balancer, VPN, Wireless
Perform day-to-day operational work pertaining to Network Data and Security (Incidents, Service Requests, Change Requests)
Generate monthly and quarterly Firewall Audit and Network Capacity Management Reports
Timely response on break-fix and help in resolving all incidents pertaining to Network Data and Security
Plan and review all Network Change Requests
Implement Service Improvement plans on operational tasks
