Server Lead

Job Summary The Lead Server plays a key role in providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. This position requires a highly skilled individual who excels in customer service and guest relations. As a senior-level server, the Lead Server demonstrates exceptional hospitality skills and sets a high standard for service quality, contributing to the overall success of the front-of-house team. This position reports directly to the dining room manager and includes regular communication regarding dining room and overall operational needs. Duties Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns regarding their meals. Process payments accurately and efficiently, handling cash register operations. Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables as needed during service hours. Provide guests with detailed information about menu items, specials, and dietary accommodations. Enhance the dining experience by promoting menu items and upselling beverages or desserts. Assist service team with menu knowledge. Educate part-time servers on menu, daily specials, etc. Skills Strong customer service and guest relations expertise to create memorable dining experiences.
