Learn more at een.com.SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Inside Account Executive (Hunter) with a proven track record in B2B tech sales. This individual will expand our Partner/Reseller base by focusing on prospecting, qualifying, closing and growing new appropriate Reseller's, who have the potential and capabilities to grow with Eagle Eye's solutions and products in their local markets. These resellers will become the next generation of major partners for Eagle Eye. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a high-energy environment, excels at quickly building relationships, and is driven to exceed sales targets. The position will work full-time out of one of our offices, and will primarily interact virtually with your market and customers, however occasional travel to customer sites building face to face relationships will be necessary.ResponsibilitiesProspecting: Proactively identify, research and qualify potential Reseller/Partners using tools/resources such as: LinkedIn, Zoho, Eagle Eye MDR & Sales Teams, industry publications and lists and outbound prospecting platformsDiscovery and Qualification: Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand prospects' business models, revenue streams, and challenges.Outbound Sales: Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, sales calls and demos, to generate qualified sales leads within identified ResellersSolution Selling: Present tailored solutions that address resellers' specific challenges, demonstrating how Eagle Eye's products can expand their revenue potential.Pipeline Management: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, MDRs, and product teams to refine lead-generation strategies and ensure customer satisfaction. Partner with resellers to coach and develop their teams to increase reseller-generated deals.CRM Management: Log all activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in [CRM platform, e.g., Salesforce].Reseller Growth: Work with new and existing resellers to help drive an increase of reseller generated deals through coaching and development.ExperienceA "Hunter" mindset, driven to compete and exceed quota, monthly, quarterly yearly!An experienced sales professional with minimum 2 years quota carrying experience, preferably in SaaS, CLOUD or iTBe a consultative/solutions salesperson, quickly gain an understanding of your prospects business and needs and use this understanding to build opportunitiesExcel at communication; verbal, written, social, presentationsExude confidence, energy, and enthusiasm always in a professional mature mannerFamiliarity and understanding of tech sales, companies and industry.
