Integrity Home Care & Hospice by BAYADA is currently seeking a Consumer Directed Services Coordinator for our new joint venture Assistive Care State Programs office located in Columbia, MO.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide superior customer service and quality home care.
- New client opens and annuals.
- Monthly check in on each client.
- Data entry of care plans and Electronic Visit Verification for employee payroll data.
- Develop strong, communicative relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- Bachelors or relevant experience preferred.
- Prior medical office or home care experience preferred
- Demonstrated record of successfully taking on increased responsibility (goal achievement)
- Ability to prioritize and display time management skills.
- Strong computer skills required (electronic medical record)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
