Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and efficient cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This role is integral to ensuring seamless collaboration between development and operations teams, driving automation, and improving system reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new applications and services.
Optimize cloud infrastructure for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for proactive issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices across all infrastructure and applications.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in DevOps practices and tools.
Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and configurations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
Hands-on experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).
Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
