MANDATED Job Requirements:

• Minimum two years recent experience in Emergency Medicine
• Completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency
• Texas License and DEA prior to name clear submission
• Clean file

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• ACLS
• BLS
• Board Certified/Eligible
• DEA
• PALS
