Great opportunity for a Family Practice Physician to work and live in Northwest Indiana - just outside of South Bend, IN and Notre Dame University.

• Board Certified or Eligible Family Practice Physician
• Join a busy and established outpatient practice
• Mon-Fri schedule with a Saturday rotation
• Call rotation but not with hospital - just in house, hardly any calls, and by phone only
• New Patients are 40 min and follow ups are 20 min
• You will join at least 12 other providers on staff - large busy office
• Growing practice that needs another doctor!
