Job Summary: As a CX Researcher at CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS), you will play a key role in improving user experiences by conducting research that drives the development of user-centered solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights, analyze findings, and provide actionable recommendations that enhance digital products and services, particularly for healthcare users.
This is a remote position with flexibility to work within Central Standard Time (CST).
Essential Functions of the Role:
Lead user research activities, identifying opportunities for product and service improvements.
Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and observations.
Analyze and interpret research findings to provide insights and influence product development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to share research insights.
Stay informed on trends and regulations in the healthcare industry.
Mentor junior researchers and stay updated on UX research methodologies and tools.
Key Success Factors:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields like Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Cognitive Science.
Proven experience in UX research with a portfolio showcasing impactful outcomes.
Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, usability testing, and surveys.
Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, able to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with healthcare trends and regulations is a plus.
Proficiency with research tools like UserTesting.com and Qualtrics.
