Orthopedic Surgery Locums Job in Central Florida Seeking March + April Availability Maternity Leave

Jackson + Coker is excited to be partnered with a central Florida facility that is seeking 24-hour ED call coverage support this upcoming March & April 2025. The facility will have 1 of their 2 Orthopedic Surgeons out on maternity leave and are open to working with your specific availability to get through the physician's absence.

Coverage need:
Seeking your general availability in March & April 2025; Can be weekends/extended weekends or full-weeks at a time
24-hour ED call coverage only

Details/Requirements for Assignment :
Active Florida medical license and Board Certification required
Orthopedic service line is currently composed of two staffed Orthopedic Surgeons + 2 NPs (covering clinic, call, etc.).
Surgeries to anticipate: bread & butter Orthopedic Surgery (seeking a candidate that is well rounded and experienced in: hip, ankle, knees & at times upper extremity fractures)
Coverage needed for 1 physician going out on maternity leave
Staffed NPs will be covering clinic in the absence of the 2nd staffed surgeon
170+ bed facility, Epic EMR, not a designated trauma center
