We are seeking a results-oriented Product Owner (PO) to join our Business Engagement team within the AI and Automation department of IT. This role bridges business needs with technical capabilities, focusing on AI, Automation, RPA, and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions. The PO identifies impactful opportunities, ensures the delivery of scalable, ethical, and user-centric solutions, and drives adoption and continuous improvement in a large, matrixed organization.

Key Responsibilities: Opportunity Identification and Roadmap Development:

Collaborate with business and technology leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI/GenAI, RPA, BPM, and Workflow Management solutions. Develop product roadmaps, project plans, and resource plans aligned with organizational goals.

Requirements Gathering and Process Documentation:

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather and document functional and technical requirements. Create detailed process flow diagrams, including current state and future state process designs, to support solution development.

Team Assembly and Delivery Management:

Assemble and coordinate cross-functional project teams, including technical and functional stakeholders. Act as the delivery manager, ensuring timely execution in collaboration with technical managers and architects.

Stakeholder and Change Management:

Manage alignment between business and technology stakeholders, fostering effective communication and engagement. Support process leaders with change management initiatives and user training to ensure successful product launches.

Product Lifecycle and Continuous Improvement:

Oversee product lifecycles, from launch to iterative enhancements informed by performance metrics and user feedback. Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and continuously aligned with evolving business needs.

AI and Automation Monitoring:

Collaborate with technical teams to monitor the performance of AI models, RPA bots, and BPM workflows. Address issues such as model drift, efficiency gaps, and enhancement opportunities.

User-Centric Design and Adoption:

Conduct user research to understand business needs and ensure solutions are practical and user-friendly. Establish feedback loops to improve usability and maximize solution adoption.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2 years in product management around digital business solutions. 2 years in delivery/engagement management. 1 year in AI, RPA, BPM, or digital workflow optimization (these can overlap).

Skills and Knowledge:

Strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart). Experience working in agile teams within a large matrixed organization. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Functional knowledge of RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere), BPM tools (e.g., Appian, Pega), and GenAI/AI-ML concepts.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience.

The anticipated salary range for this position: $115,440.00 - $173,160.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
