Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Technical Recruiter to source, screen, interview, and onboard top talent for mission-critical positions in the aerospace industry. As the first point of contact for many candidates, you'll represent our company with professionalism, pride, and enthusiasm.Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal teams to discuss hiring needs, strategies, and feedback
- Screen and source candidates for various technical positions
- Recommend top candidates to hiring teams and coordinate interviews
- Conduct candidate tours and attend interviews as an additional evaluator
- Manage the offer process, including background checks and negotiations
Daily activities may include:
- Meeting with client groups to discuss hiring strategies
- Screening applicants and sourcing passive candidates
- Coordinating onsite interviews and candidate experiences
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of recruiting experience; or associate degree and 2+ years of experience; or 3+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with teams
- Strong initiative and task completion skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering
- Experience with in-house and high-volume recruiting
- Full life cycle recruiting experience
- Skill in non-standard recruiting methods (e.g., cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns)
- Ability to interface with director and VP level technical leaders
- Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and candidates
- Analytical skills for evaluating recruiting data and distinguishing top talent
