Job Title: Retail Supervisor - Dignity Health Sports Park

Job Summary

The Retail Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations at Dignity Health Sports Park, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales goals, managing staff, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. The role involves training and supervising team members, managing inventory, and enforcing store policies and procedures to achieve consistent and efficient store and associate performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Mentor, train and motivate a team of Retail Leads and Cashiers to meet operational goals.
  • Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Engage with customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly.
  • Responsible for planning and building displays that maximize impact on a day-to-day basis to ensure they are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Maintains store cleanliness, organization, and visual standards.
  • Recognize sales needs and report insights to management to improve sales strategies.
  • Processes Returns and Exchanges using Point of Sale System.
  • Works with Warehouse Supervisor to manage inventory control, including receiving, transferring, and stocking.
  • Adheres to and enforces Levy/Rank + Rally guidelines.
  • Manages and oversees the customization process, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timeliness of orders.
  • Trains associates on customization tools and equipment.
  • Maintains all materials and equipment ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition.
  • Promotes a cooperative work climate, maximizing productivity and morale.
  • Displays a positive attitude while coaching team members on retail standards.
  • Ensures that all security, safety, and sanitation standards are achieved.
  • Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, presentation, communication, and customer service skills with a high attention to detail and demonstrated creativity/resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
