The Care Manager strives to promote patient wellness, improved care outcomes, efficient utilization of health services and minimize denials of payment among a patient population with complex health needs. Qualifications/Requirements: Education/Knowledge BSN preferred; ADN required Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Surgery or ICU strongly preferred. Prior Case Management experience strongly preferred.
