This is a full-time Termite Sales Inspector position located on the road in the area around Memphis, TN. Termite Sales Inspectors are expected to make sales by converting leads into customers. This position will report to our office in Memphis, TN. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level.$18/hr + CommissionCompany iPhone providedSave money from driving our vehicle What we offer:Ability to make overtimeCompany vehicle provided which can be taken home nightlyCompany gas card providedAbility to work outside in your local areaPaid trainingGroup Health, Dental, and Vision plansPet insurance, Life insurance, and EAP benefits401K with employer match up to 4%Paid holidays and paid time offOpportunity for advancementUpbeat and exciting company culture and much more!Responsibilities include:Meet daily with warm leads to sell termite solutionsEngage with customers in a friendly and respectful mannerAnswer questions and provide clear, concise informationSchedule and confirm appointments promptly and professionallyFollow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygieneConduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the propertyIdentify locations conducive to termites and preventative measures we would take to protect the home from future infestationsIdentify signs of termite activity, including mud tubes, damaged wood, and termite droppingsDistinguish between active and inactive termite infestations by analyzing signs of recent activityDocument and report the status of colonies accuratelyArticulate expectations for curative treatmentsProvide a detailed explanation of inspection results to customersDemonstrate how the treatment will effectively address the specific issues found during the inspectionDevelop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placedEnsure the diagram is easy to understand and accurately represents the planned installationUse the diagram to explain the installation process and benefits to the customerWork schedule includes every other SaturdayQualifications:1+ years of sales experienceA US driver's license that has been valid for a minimum of 3 years is requiredA clean driving record is required (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years)A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hiresAbility to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification examsPrior experience in termite inspection preferred but not requiredAptive Environmental:Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
