Tooler/Welder

Our client is seeking a Tooler/Welder to join their team. As a Tooler/Welder, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Tooler/Welder Location: Hanover, PA Pay Range: $23 What's the Job? Build and repair trim and assembly fixtures according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. Fabricate and repair structural mold/tool frames using creative ideas and ensure compliance with quality standards. Inspect trim fixtures to identify non-conformities and perform necessary repairs in coordination with production managers. Produce first articles per engineering drawings and specifications within budgeted time. Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas while adhering to safety protocols. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent job knowledge and experience. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general metal fabricating, auto body, and/or carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and understand tolerances and dimensions. Proficient in cutting and welding steel tube and plates.
