The company is headquartered in Los Angeles, California, with additional locations across the globe.What you'll do: Collaborate with sales team on all facets of client relations from RFP stage to campaign completion, including but not limited to proposal submissions, overseeing campaign implementation with Ad Operations, campaign analysis/reporting, billing and reconciliation and related day-to-day account management dutiesManage clients' daily questions, issues, and feedback, sharing with management as neededManage the flow of insertion orders, creative tags, and pixel requestsWork cross-functionally with Sales, Research, and Finance teams to ensure successful client on-boarding, continued client success, and annual contract renewalMaintain strong relationships with agencies and advertisers to ensure long-term success; be able to identify opportunities to expand ZEFR's level of service with each client, and work with the sales team to follow through on those opportunitiesShare expertise and advise clients on new campaign ideas to generate continued resultsWork with Sales and Ad Operations to ensure client satisfactionParticipate in industry events and conferencesWhat we're looking for:3+ years of account management experience in online media agency or ad sales organization, or relatedStrong analytical skills, including high level of comfort with ExcelKeynote experience a plusExcellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.Ability to work independently, while being open to direction and guidanceFamiliarity with ad serving and online ad research tools (ComScore, DCM, Nielsen NetRatings, AdRelevance) a plusProven ability to develop strong working relationships with clientsThe ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlinesIntelligent, outgoing individual with interpersonal skills and work ethicBenefits (for US based employees):Flexible PTOMedical, dental, and vision insurance with FSA optionsCompany-paid life insurancePaid parental leave401(k) with company matchProfessional development opportunities14 paid holidays offHybrid work"Summer and Fall Fridays" (shorter work days on select Fridays during the summertime and fall)In-office lunches and lots of free foodOptional in-person and virtual events (we like to celebrate!)Compensation (for US based employees):The anticipated base salary for this position is between $85,000-95,000 with an additional bonus. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
