BN Innovate , our tech innovation hub partners with social platforms and brands including Amex, Meta, TikTok, X, Snapchat, and Pinterest, and create technologies that sit on top of their ad buying platforms, and solve business objectives with our tech expertise.BN has offices in Rochester, NYC, Boston, Bentonville, Kansas City, Hyderabad, and Sydney in addition to Augeo's offices across the country.Role Overview:Our marketing team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to assist in an array of revenue-driving B2B marketing efforts for BN. We are looking for someone who can lean in and develop a variety of marketing abilities from sales enablement, to campaign strategy, to content writing. This role will help execute B2B campaigns on owned search and social channels, and will support our client solutions team by managing the production of client-facing content, decks, and collateral. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a "yes, and" attitude who isn't afraid to get scrappy. You have a passion for influencer marketing and the creator industry, and are excited about what's next. You are detail-oriented, and excel at coordinating cross-functional efforts that drive client engagement and revenue growth.Key Responsibilities:Campaign and content coordination:Help manage BN's SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns to drive consistent engagement and visibility among prospective and current clients - develop understanding of reporting, optimization, and insightsCreate and oversee a content calendar, tracking the timing and project management of B2B content that speaks directly to events we sponsor or industry trends. Assist in the creation of blog posts, newsletters, white papers, and other content aimed at building BN's reputation as a trusted partner in the industrySales enablement and stakeholder management:Support sales enablement efforts by developing resources like pitch decks, one-pagers, and other tools that empower the sales team to build and expand client relationships effectivelyCoordinate with the sales team to track content needs, proactively delivering timely and impactful resources that support ongoing and upcoming pitches and ensure timely hand-over of deliverablesProject manage creative builds of client-facing materials, including case studies, presentations, and other high-impact collateral Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or experience in the field 1-3 years of experience in marketing, or in a related field in a full time or internship capacityA social media user, consumer and/or creator with a perspective on the value of creators to consumers and brandsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and strong project management and organizational skillsHard Skills:Eye for creativity in Powerpoint/ Google Slides/ KeynoteUnderstanding of creator industry, media industry, or ad industry Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once with varying levels of importance Why Join BN?
