Job Summary: The Treasury Analyst supports the Vice President of Treasury in managing daily treasury operations, including cash management, payment processing, and financial compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of banking activities, monitors cash flow, and maintains lender relationships to optimize the company's financial operations.

Job Summary: The Treasury Analyst supports the Vice President of Treasury in managing daily treasury operations, including cash management, payment processing, and financial compliance. This role ensures the accuracy of banking activities, monitors cash flow, and maintains lender relationships to optimize the company's financial operations.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Upload positive pay issuances to banking platforms to ensure secure payment processing.
- Monitor daily cash balances and manage the company's cash position.
- Process FF&E reimbursements, ACH, and wire payments with accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and analyze monthly bank service fees to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Propose and manage investments for excess cash in savings accounts and CDs.
- Reconcile treasury-related general ledger accounts, including investor and debt accounts.
- Track and manage timely payments of hotel mortgage loans and ensure loan compliance.
- Maintain reserve accounts and adhere to contractual requirements in loan documents.
- Oversee lender relationships, including cash transfers, deposit rates, and associated fees.
- Propose and facilitate capital distributions and handle capital calls.
- Assist in daily cash position analysis and monthly cash flow forecasting.
- Support Accounting/Finance teams with banking needs and provide information for month-end close.
Required Experience, Education, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in treasury, finance, or accounting roles.
- Proficiency in financial software and banking platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cash management, investment strategies, and payment processing.
- Experience reconciling general ledger accounts and handling debt-related transactions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive financial information.
- Primarily works in an office environment with frequent use of computers and financial software.
- Requires extended periods of sitting and performing detailed financial tasks.
- Occasional interaction with external banking partners and internal teams, both in-person and virtually.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
