Sanitation Technician

The Sanitation Technician is responsible for assuring that the plant is appropriately cleaned to satisfy regulatory compliance and company requirements.3rd shift - 10pm to 7amResponsibilities: Responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all production areas, including equipment, machinery, walls, floors, and ceilings.Prepare the room for cleaning by sweeping up excess produce/trash on floor using a broom or shovel.Hose down equipment and machinery with water hoses and apply foam to all surfaces in production areas.Scrub/Brush/Hand clean equipment and machinery as needed, and rinse foam from equipment and machinery.Apply sanitizer and oil/air mixture to all surfaces Disassemble equipment for cleaning purposes and be able to reassemble the same equipmentClean receiving dockCarry waste outside to trash binsDocument daily cleaning on Sanitation Forms. Other duties may be assigned by Sanitation Supervisor, Director of QA, or VP of Operations.
