Plan and facilitate daily nursing groups with patients. Complete standard nursing assessment of patients admitted to the partial hospital program; supervise medication administration per departmental policy.**This position will be required to help on-site in Lakeville, Mpls or St. Paul, as needed.Qualifications: Is any license/certification/registration required by law? Ye*Licensed in state of Minnesota*BLSEducation:*Associates degree in nursing required Required Experience: *Two years or more experience as an RNPreferred Experience: *Experience in a pediatric-related setting *Two years or more experience in mental healthRequired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Strong clinical skills with ability to exercise independent judgment, work autonomously, and exhibit high degree of professionalism*Education and experience providing gender, culture, and age appropriate care*Detail-oriented*Strong computer/electronic medical record skill*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively*Excellent verbal and written communication skillPreferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Strong understanding of child development, normal and atypical*Ability to develop rapport with wide variety of patients and families The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market.
