Description Job DescriptionLeidos is seeking a Technical Manager for a 150+ FTE technical development program supporting the Sponsor’s Entitlement Programs as well as IdAM /ICAM, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes and Digital Policy Management. The Technical Manager supports and leads the contractor program team through the planning, organizing, development and delivery of capabilities for the Sponsor’s mission. Duties include leading teams to ensure that the program runs within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. Responsibilities include supporting all facets of the program preparation and execution, including staffing, staff development and interfacing with the Sponsor. The Technical Manager is responsible for supporting the development of technical solutions for this program as well as planning and executing these solutions consistent with the mission intent of the Sponsor. Primary Responsibilities:Lead PM for the specific product area teamInterview perspective resumes with technical leadsSets vision for the teamCreates a single prioritized backlog to be delivered by respective teamAlign backlog priorities with customer and stakeholders needsOwns the specific product RoadmapManage workload of team, define goals of team and drive milestonesWork in concert with Technical Leads ensuring correct talent is applied to deliverablesWork with the Technical Leads to ensure delivery schedule and milestones are achievableEnsure proper metrics are gathered, defined and evaluated. Deliver Program metrics as definedWork with Scrum Master and Technical Leads to ensure Agile process are followed and adhered toBrief overall status of projects withing respective team to managementMaximizing the value of the product resulting in the work of the specific product teamSupport the RRB process and Technical PMRsOwn the Spring planning events and its artifactsRequired QualificationsActive TS/SCI with PolygraphPrior experience with programs of similar size and complexityExperience with the Sponsor and the Sponsor’s missionBS/BA degree with 12+ years of prior relevant experienceAbility to lead others and clearly convey complex technical conceptsProven leadership skills in a complex technical environment with tight security restrictions and a diverse work force (4+ years of experience)Experience with IdAM / ICAM delivery systems, Authentication, Authorization, Attributes, Entitlement Management and Digital Policy ManagementExperience with the Sponsor’s security accreditation processMust have an active TS/SCI w/ PolyDesired Qualifications• Experience with the Sponsor’s entitlement management programs• PMP, SAFe Agilist Certification, AWS certificationOriginal Posting Date:2025-01-08While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $112,450.00 - $203,275.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
