Key Responsibilities:
Patient Care:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
Patient Monitoring:
Monitor patient vital signs and dialysis treatment parameters.
Documentation:
Accurately document patient information and treatment data.
Emergency Response:
Respond to emergency situations and initiate CPR as needed.
Patient Education:
Educate patients and families about dialysis procedures and self-care.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
Successful completion of a hemodialysis training course.
Current CPR certification.
Previous patient care experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
