The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Workday Implementation & Integration Specialist to join our team. This role involves leading the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and integration of Workday solutions to meet our business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday modules, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

office, and an
Onsite interview
is required as part of the process (with some flexibility to WFH).
Responsibilities:
Implementation Leadership : Lead Workday implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful deployment of Workday HCM, Financials, Payroll, or other modules. Solution Design : Analyze business needs, develop technical and functional solutions, and design scalable Workday configurations tailored to client requirements. Integration Development : Build, test, and deploy integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems using tools such as Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, or Web Services APIs. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align solutions with strategic goals. System Configuration : Configure and customize Workday modules, including setting up workflows, reports, and dashboards. Testing & Troubleshooting : Conduct end-to-end testing, resolve technical issues, and ensure data accuracy during implementation. Documentation : Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specs, user guides, and best practices. Training & Support : Provide post-implementation training and ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption of the Workday platform. Basic Qualifications :
Proven experience (3+ years) with Workday implementation projects, including at least one full lifecycle deployment. Hands-on expertise in Workday integrations using EIB, Workday Studio, and Core Connectors. Solid understanding of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.) and business processes. Proficiency in integration protocols such as REST, SOAP, and XML. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications:
Startup experience Experience with Enterprise SaaS Products Workday certification in relevant modules (e.g., HCM, Integration, Payroll). Experience with agile methodologies or project management tools. Familiarity with data migration, security configuration, and reporting within Workday. Technical experience in programming languages such as Java, XSLT, or Python is a plus.
