Graphic Designer/ Production Specialist

The Graphic Designer provides graphic design support to our client for primarily internally facing projects. They will design logos, flyers and graphics for employee events and activities, while maintaining the client's brand.

Key Responsibilities: Conceptualize and design a wide range of materials including but not limited to: digital and print advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, email templates, product packaging, and promotional materials. Works with existing marketing, and production teams to determine and plan the scope of a visual project. Creates assets that embolden and glorify the SPS brand. Translate conceptual ideas into engaging visual designs that effectively communicate key messages and brand identity. Develop graphics for product promotion, logos, social media outlets, in-game branding, print, and internal projects. Selects colors, images, text style, and layout for multiple applicable mediums. Presents design and layout ideas to marketing for approval and execution. Incorporates changes recommended by marketing into future and already-established designs. Reviews designs for errors or additions before approval, publishing, and/or print. Maintain a continued archive of images, logos, photos, and related items. Works closely with the graphic design team throughout execution of an idea or initiative. Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and incorporate them into our design processes. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design solutions, and iterate based on feedback. Manages multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

The Print Production Specialist: processes oversight and high volume copying, printing, finishing, and reprographics orders on site. This position fulfills jobs for document duplication, printing, finishing, binding, lamination, and other processing. This position will also troubleshoot equipment and ensure supplies are at satisfactory levels. This position leads (with direction on supervisor) the client services onsite. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service.

Pay Range

$22-$25 USD
