JOB SUMMARY

The Manager, International Sales Operations is responsible for supporting the International team in areas of budgeting, planning, forecasting, and collaborating with sales partners to drive the business to achieve sales, revenue, inventory and margin goals.

WHAT YOU WILL DO Creates and develops International operation processes to ensure smooth flow of information and deliveries within deadlines Develops and reconciles processes of International wholesale reporting including forecasting variance and monthly dashboards/KPIs, ensuring demand forecasts match POs, developing key metrics for forecast accuracy, and monitoring budgets Ensures audits are in place to drive continuous improvement Drives the development, execution and communication of sales and inventory demand plans and strategies for International channel in support of the Doctor Denis Gross Skincare marketing, merchandising and financial objectives Develops detailed understanding and ownership of International channels Manages reconciliation of top-down targets and bottoms-up plans Ensures timely reaction to changes in business with appropriate shifts in plans and timely communication to internal and external business partners Outlines performance drivers and issues in a clear and timely manner to all appropriate team members Cultivates a positive, collaborative, creative, results-oriented work environment Develops detailed knowledge of and fully utilize current planning systems and tools Builds International sales plans by location to inform SKU level allocation/inventory planning in supply chain and sales strategies for channel leaders Oversee and support streamlining Order Cycle - collaborating with Sales Coordinator; reminding accounts to submit forecasts; aggregate and analyze them based on ambitions/order history/known and provides insights and recommendations to Executive Director Collaborate internally with Regulatory, Operations and Marketing where needed to ensure forecasts are aligned with Commercial plans Consult sales reports (Sell In, Sell Through, Door + SKU Performance) and support building core & newness forecasts based on sales ambitions Review partner stock levels (where available) and order history and provide recommendations to ED Review & track incoming RA & credit requests in partnership with Marketing Admin - assist with special international projects as needed WHO YOU ARE

Minimum 3 years' work experience as a Manager of Inventory or Merchandise Planning or equivalent Experience working in international business environment Minimum of 5 years previous planning experience Demonstrated success at building business partnerships Demonstrated strategic thinking abilities Excellent attention to detail Communicates well at all levels of the organization Effectively negotiates and influences peers and cross-functional team members Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflict Ability to prioritize and manage the department workload Proactively identifies business issues and develops creative solutions Efficient in Microsoft office Ability to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment "Can Do" attitude
