Job Description
Schedule: Work hours will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday with a 30-minute lunch break daily. Attire is business casual. Interviews are to be conducted via phone or video phone.
Details: • Clinical Sample Template (EPSDT) Data Entry. • You will be responsible for completing the data entry of Clinical Sample Template (EPSDT) forms from physicians into a database. • This may involve looking up member information in our various systems. • A week training period is provided to learn the process, with a minimum of 10 forms per hour of data entry required during week 1. • 15 forms per hour of data entry are required during week 2. • 23 forms per hour of data entry required during weeks 3 until the end of the assignment. • Must be thorough, detail-oriented, and precise in data entry.
