About the Role

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for architecting end-to-end solutions that address complex business challenges, aligning technology with strategic objectives, and ensuring successful project delivery. Your expertise will be instrumental in guiding our internal customers through their digital transformation journey with Dynamics 365.

What You Will Do Solution Design: Lead the design and architecture of comprehensive solutions leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Technical Support. Develop solution architectures that align with customer requirements, industry best practices, and scalability considerations. Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, challenges, and requirements. Conduct in-depth analysis to identify opportunities for process optimization and automation using Dynamics 365. Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams throughout the solution development lifecycle. Mentor developers and engineers on best practices, design patterns, and coding standards for Dynamics 365 implementations. Customizations & Configuration: Define system configurations, customizations, and integrations required to meet business needs. Leverage Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint, and Jand ira to extend Dynamics 365 functionalities and enhance user experience. Integration Management: Design and oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, third-party applications, and data sources. Ensure data consistency, integrity, and security across integrated systems. Quality Assurance: Define and implement quality assurance processes, including testing strategies, test cases, and performance tuning, to ensure the reliability and scalability of Dynamics 365 solutions. Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients, business stakeholders, and project sponsors to build strong relationships and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business objectives. Provide regular updates, conduct workshops, and facilitate decision-making meetings to drive project success. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution architectures, technical designs, deployment plans, and user manuals. Provide training and support to end users on Dynamics 365 functionalities and best practices. What You Need

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience of 8 years as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations. Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in increasing responsibilities within a global, multicultural, multi-location organization. In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 architecture, capabilities, and limitations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred. Strong expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with integration technologies and patterns, such as RESTful APIs, SOAP, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams. Demonstrated ability to architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet complex business requirements. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices for continuous integration and delivery. What is Nice to Have

Strong experience using databases and Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint. Strong analytical, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. What Makes You Eligible

Willingness to work in an office in Northridge, CA. Willingness to travel 5% of the time. Willingness to work across multiple time zones when needed. Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment. What We Offer

Salary Ranges:

$ 113,250 - $ 166,100
