As a member of the

you will develop and implement communication strategies, support digital marketing campaigns, and create content for various platforms. This role will assist in building strategic tools for sales and customer support, analyze financial performance, and update key account plans. This position also includes leading social media campaigns, supporting product innovations, and participating in customer sessions. Throughout these rotations, the candidate will gain valuable skills in data analytics, financial acumen, product knowledge, and strategic planning.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Complete rotations which include a variety of objectives and deliverables including but not limited to: Develop SBU's selling/communication materials for target channels Create external & internal SBU communication strategies for priority products Support SBU communication plans by developing blog and web content, and campaign materials Collaborate with the Digital team to analyze KPIs for digital marketing campaigns Present insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing strategies Assist Customer Marketing in building and implementing strategic tools for sales and customer support Generate monthly snapshots of channel performance and CRM pipeline Support impactful customer innovation sessions using various data sources Join channel meetings to understand the sales environment Lead Customer Marketing social media campaigns with support from the Digital team Assist NAM team in day-to-day commercial sales efforts for National Accounts Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly snapshots of financials and pipeline Update Key Account Plans and support customer sessions Generate monthly recaps for the regional sales team using Power BI Support Product Communications with campaign materials, sample kits, and updated web materials Note:
Responsibilities may change throughout rotations to provide a comprehensive learning experience As an ideal candidate for our Rise program, you will possess:
Senior year or recent graduate (within 6 months) with a bachelor's degree Preferred majors: Sales and Marketing, Business, Communications Minimum GPA: 3.0 Passion for the sales and the food industry Previous work or internship experience in sales and business development is a plus Leadership experience in university or volunteer organizations is a plus Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail Self-starter with a drive for collaboration, flexibility, and continuous learning Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Looking for a Career for Good?
