Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst (IT) with significant experience in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity Governance. You will play a crucial role in supporting the bank's Security Technology Organization by ensuring the reliability and security of user identity data. This role is integral to enhancing our security posture, regulatory compliance, and identity governance efforts.

Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive PAM governance starter aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. Define and implement policies, procedures, and standards for managing privileged access across the enterprise. Provide technical leadership and guidance to the PAM team in the implementation and maintenance of PAM solutions. Identify and assess risks related to privileged access and develop effective risk mitigation strategies. Conduct regular risk assessments of PAM processes and controls to ensure compliance. Ensure PAM practices and controls comply with relevant regulations, standards, and frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001). Develop training programs and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on PAM principles. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance PAM governance processes, controls, and technologies. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on PAM governance, providing guidance and support to cross-functional teams. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of PAM governance efforts. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting PAM governance activities, challenges, and achievements. Required Qualifications

At least 5 years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst on complex projects with multiple cross-functional teams. Proven experience in Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management (PAM). Familiarity with identity management tools and systems like CyberArk. Knowledge of data privacy regulations and security best practices. Proficient in Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong experience in process improvement and the ability to see the "big picture". Comfortable running SQL queries and working with project details. Experience in creating metrics and dashboards to track progress. Preferred Qualifications (if any)

Experience with advanced PAM solutions or similar identity governance tools. Familiarity with risk management frameworks and compliance standards. Primary Skills
