We are looking for a Sr. Scrum Master to lead multiple cross-functional teams or Agile Release Trains (ART) in adopting Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum, and Lean practices. The ideal candidate will foster a culture of continuous learning, growth mindset, and agile maturity within the teams/ART.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate the team's progress towards goals by acting as a facilitator for multiple teams or as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) for a SAFe Agile release train. Lead team/ART efforts in continuous improvement, facilitating retrospectives, problem-solving, and team meetings. Support the team/ART in improving communications and relationships with other teams, coordinating work, and representing the team in program level ceremonies. Eliminate impediments by engaging stakeholders and improving transparency. Exhibit Lean-Agile leadership behaviors to nurture a Lean-Agile mindset in the team, leadership, and program.
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Required Skills:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification. Experience in Agile, SAFe, Scrum, and Lean practices. Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to lead initiatives to improve business agility. Knowledge of Agile metrics and practices. Experience in coaching and mentoring teams. Ability to drive culture change to improve agility within teams and ARTs.
Pay Range: $65 - $75/hr.
