Our Overland Park, KS location is looking for a

Customer Support Technical Analyst.

In this role, you will be tasked with researching, resolving, and documenting functional or technical issues experienced by our customers world-wide. Ability to troubleshoot and critically think are key in this position as we analyze customers problems for product issues and assist internal teams with implementations.

Responsibilities:

Resolving complex technical client and consultant issues with Cloud Inventory's supported software and hardware. Documenting issue resolutions and creating software defect reports and enhancement requests, as appropriate. Work within a team structure and with other internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues. Communicate directly with customers over various communication methods to guide, educate, identify, reproduce, and resolve their issues. Update all cases with accurate and timely records of work performed, and resolution details. Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

High School diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Prior knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and both wired and wireless networks. Willingness to submit to a technical aptitude test prior to hiring. Technical aptitude with technology systems that are multi-faceted. Excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work nontraditional hours to go the extra mile for clients. High-functioning knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office 365 applications. The ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to interact in a professional, friendly, customer-oriented fashion with a wide variety of constituencies. Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in a call center or helpdesk environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Previous experience with ticketing or case management solutions. Previous experience in a Warehouse/Manufacturing setting. Time spent troubleshooting and debugging mobile device related issues. Logic, debugging, and troubleshooting skills as related to software in general, however hardware experience is a plus. Cloud Computing experience is a plus. Experience with networking basics, such as WLAN, LAN, WAN, TCPIP, HTTPS, etc. Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Starting Salary Range:

$60,000 - $70,000 per year

About the Team:

We build the no-code enterprise application platform (a.k.a. "EAP") that is used by Nextworld's customers and partners to create and run enterprise-grade business solutions. We have a knack for abstracting complex technical concepts into no-code facilities that are straightforward to use. The Platform allows for the development and execution of involved, integrated business applications - complete with workflow, business logic, eventing, external callouts, notifications, various user experiences, artificial intelligence, and more. Examples of applications suites built on the Platform are enterprise financials, sales, inventory, manufacturing, and real estate.

Note:

To be in the office 5 days a week to start. Hybrid work schedule will be discussed in 3 - 6 months after employment.
