As a Level II NDT Technician, I am responsible for the development and implementation of testing and inspection procedures, ensuring compliance with standards. I train personnel on non-destructive testing equipment and techniques, while auditing equipment to maintain operational integrity. Must be proficient in the development and implementation of all testing and inspection procedures and able to perform all inspection duties. Actively involved in the training of operating personnel in the use of non-destructive test equipment, inspection techniques and measurement tools as well as assuring compliance to standard operating procedures. Has an understanding of both customer and specification criteria with respect to inspection and non-destructive testing of the semi-finished or finished product. Responsible for auditing non-destructive test equipment and measurement tools to assure good operating condition as well as assuring compliance to standard operating procedures.
