Shift:
Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week, On-Call As needed
Length:
13 weeks
Requirements: TN / Compact License 2 years Neuro ICU experience with travel or 3 years Neuro ICU experience with no travel requirement BLS Others
Must live at least 100 miles from facility No Locals First-timers accepted: No COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions Flu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - No Exemptions Other Details:
2 yrs Neuro ICU exp. with travel or 3 yrs Neuro ICU exp. with no travel req.
Must live at least 100 miles from facility
Start date: ASAP
Years of experience REQ: 2 years
First-timers accepted: No (can be considered if they have 3 years recent experience)
On-Call: As needed
Weekend REQ: As needed
Open to accommodating block schedule? No, weekend block may be considered
Locals accepted: No, 100 mile radius rule

ICU
Intensive care unit travel nurse jobs, otherwise known as critical care unit (CCU) travel nurse jobs, specialize in providing care to the most acutely ill patients in the hospital. An ICU travel nurse might work in ICU burn unit, abdominal transplant acute care, neuro ICU, post-op, surgical ICU (SICU), trauma ICU or cardiovascular ICU (CVICU). Critical care nurses may also care for age-specific patients in the pediatric ICU (PICU) or neonatal ICU (NICU). Aside from clinical care such as skills with ventilators and tracheostomy tubes, travel ICU nurse jobs need a RN who can deliver progress updates and support to patients and/or their family.
