Using observed real-world consumer behavior, including location and purchase data, we create targeted advertising campaigns across all screens for advertisers. A bit about you
As our B2B Events Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing events that engage and generate leads for our business. A key part of this role is strategically assessing and selecting the right events that will build brand awareness and strengthen our positioning within the ad tech industry. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure our events align with business objectives, amplify our market presence, and maximize opportunities for growth. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can provide strategic direction, and enjoy planning for big events down to the smallest detail. You will define goals for each event program, while managing budgets, timelines, and vendors to ensure a seamless and impactful experience.
You will Event strategy and planning:
develop and execute a comprehensive event strategy for GroundTruth that drives brand awareness and generates leads. Event selection and positioning:
strategically assess and select the right events to develop brand awareness and strengthen our market positioning. This includes identifying the events that best align with our business goals and positioning within the ad tech space, ensuring our participation builds credibility and visibility in key industry segments. End-to-end event execution:
manage the full event lifecycle from concept to execution, including logistics, promotion, company decks/presentations for the event, and post-event follow-up. Cross-functional collaboration:
collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure events align with business goals and messaging, as well as external partners (clients and vendors) during all phases of planning. Budget and ROI : Track complex budgets, including contract and vendor negotiations, and measure the impact and ROI of events by incorporating tracking into projects, recapping events, and driving leads. Event promotion:
create and execute a holistic pre, during, and post-event marketing plan via email, social media, direct outreach, website, and partnerships with industry organizations. Lead generation and nurturing:
generate qualified leads from events and ensure a smooth handoff to the sales team, maintaining engagement throughout the sales funnel. Manage inventory of promotional products (swag) and gifting. Support other team initiatives as needed. You Have

4+ years of experience in B2B event marketing, ideally within the ad tech or technology sector. Proven track record of planning and executing successful events and trade shows, and strong project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Ability to think strategically and analytically with a focus on measurable business outcomes. Creative and proactive, with a passion for marketing and delivering high-quality events. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and build relationships with external partners. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce or Hubspot. You are

The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. Our compensation package also includes a comprehensive benefits platform offering and a company bonus. The salary range for this position is listed below.
Salary Range
$85,000-$115,000 USD
